What's the easiest way to install another site?

  • I have installed a WordPress site on a web server a while ago (version 2.8, I think.) I want to install another site, what’s the easiest way to do it? Can I create the folder on the server and just run WordPress’ installation file, or will this interfere with the installed site? If that works, should I use the same old version, or the newest one?
