Unbearably high fee for ticket purchase

    I am trying out the plugin EventPrime and realized that the fee for my event is equal to the event price which doubles the price. Is this normal? I expected a fee but not that high. Event for a free event, there is a 5€ fee.

    If it is normal, do paid plans lower the ticket fee and by how much?

    Thanks for using EventPrime.

    The ‘One-Time Event Fee’ can be conveniently regulated by navigating to the ‘Event Settings -> Bookings’ section of the ‘Edit Event’ page. This is an optional fee that will be added to the combined ticket price during the checkout. Since your prices are set on a per-ticket basis, you can ignore this ‘One-Time fee’ and set it to 0.

    One-Time Event Fee is best used when there is a cover charge or entrance charge for an event and is separate from the ticket prices. I hope it helps.
