We cannot walk through the calendar view nor change the view to list, day or month view in the right tab.

We see this in the inspector:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 401 ()

    https://intra.website.com/wp-json/tribe/views/v2/html

    we get this error:

    {“code”:”rest_missing_callback_param”,”message”:”Ontbrekende parameter(s): url”,”data”:{“status”:400,”params”:[“url”]}}

Please help us we dont know what is wrong.

    Kind Regards,

    Vincent

    Hi @ghostyvb13

Thanks for reaching out. Let me help you with this one.

This could be related to caching. If you have a caching plugin or server-side caching, please disable them temporarily and see if that makes a difference.

Let me know how it goes.

We dont have caching enabled on the site nor via a plugin like wp rocket.

Also the caching on plesk side is not enabled.

    Hi @ghostyvb13

    Thanks for your response.

Could you deactivate the Enable the Month View Cache from Settings > General, clear transients, and see if that helps? This should remove the unintentional nonce caching that is happening on some views.

Let me know if that helps.

I looked under de settings general tab, but i dont see clear transients anywhere…

    Hi Ghostyvb13,

Thank you for your message. I’m afraid our plugin does not ship with the ability to clear transients, however, you may find article helpful to guide you on managing your site’s transients.

i removed all the transients but still the same effect..

    Hi @ghostyvb13,

Please try disabling the?Modsecurity?on your hosting server (you could do this on your Cpanel or asking to your hosting provider. We have already seen some similar issues and it was caused by this app.

    Best regards,
    Marta
