Page Saved, but after reloading or check again the page come to default setting

    Hi there,

    I am using TT3 as my theme. in dashboard go to appearance, editor, Styles :

    I made some changes in styles but my changes are not been saved once I press the save bottom, after reloading the page and see nothing have been changed. Also if i change the Header, it is ok but once also change the footer, all subcategory of menu item and data will be cleaned. These also happen when i also edit the template.

    Can you help me how to fix this issues.

    i am using Firefox lates version, win 11, and also test in Chrome cognito,. all with the same results.

    Hi there – that definitely sounds unusual. Would you be able to take a screencast of you making the changes and when they do/don’t show? It would help to see what happens.

    It would also help if you can share further details of the changes you made, and a link so we can take a look at the site.

    One option may be that the site is cached in some way – so you see the changes when making edits – but they’re not being reflected in the live site.
