Missing tables in database

Please help and Thanks in Advance (I’m losing my mind over this)

I’m having trouble with a Gelato plugin on my site that’s supposed to integrate with WooCommerce. The plugin fails to connect with Woocommerce no matter how many times I try to reinstall the plugin, troubleshoot other plugins, etc.

After spending hours with the (very helpful) support team, I think the issue is potentially with WooCommerce. I looked at the status page and saw an error under the database section that I don’t understand:

Then it shows
