    Hi,

I can’t put the timeline column to be different in mobile and desktop mode. So either I make it 2/3 columns, looks great on desktop but for some reason the next arrow is not clickable on mobile, or I make it 1 column which look like a normal slider.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching us!

If you set the “Column Responsive” option to “Custom” more options to set number of columns for each device should appear (please see screenshot) so you can set different number of columns for desktop and mobile.

Hi, Thanks for replying so fast.

So I made it custom, leave all blank except “Number of Columns 0 – 480px” I made it to 1. All worked great when I accessed it the first time. Thanks!

However (in this case I made 5 items), after all 5 items browsed, after some times it’s auto back to item number 1, right? Once it happened and I want to press the next arrow again, it didn’t go from item number 1 to item number 2, but from item number 1 to item number 3, then item number 5, skipping even numbers. This problem dissapears if I refresh the page, but after browsing all 5 items and auto backed to item number 1, it’s skipping even numbers again.

I’m sorry if I can’t explain it so well, english is not my main language. The example can be seen here: https://musfaha.coffee/about

    Tested with Samsung Galaxy a52s

Or is there a way to stop the autoplay (back to item number 1). Maybe if the autoplay stopped, the jumping stop as well?

    Hello,

Please try also setting “Number of Columns 481px – 680px” option to 1. If you have some cache plugin please try deactivating it and check the page.

Let us know if this helped.

@qodeinteractive thanks for the reply. I did that and turn off cache, still after some time on item number 5, it’s auto play back to the first item then it started jumping from item 1 -> 3 -> 5, sometimes 1 -> 4.

I uploaded a video here. If I scroll then the autoplay back to item 1 happened. How can I deactivate the auto play? Because if it didn’t happened it’s all fine

    Hi,

We have managed to reproduce this behavior too on our end, and we have forwarded this to our dev team to check. We will let you know once we have more info.

    Thank you very much!

Please try replacing the timeline-script.js located on this path wp-content/plugins/qi-blocks/assets/dist/timeline-script.js with the file in this link.
The fix should also be included in the next update.
