[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Need text area with scroll bar

it does work, but its putting tags in the text… copied text from notepad…

also, do you know how to enlarge the size of the box? do I need to classify it in the css?

you can see what im working with here, its the application and the box in question is towards the bottom (terms and conditions)

textarea supports in CSS:
width: 300px;
height: 60px;

Or within the tag like:
<textarea rows="12" cols="20">

Oh. The tags is because within textarea will not interpert html tags. That is why its a textarea

Should not use Notepad. It can put does breaks in which can cause problems. Use a text only editor. I like EditPad Pro but they have a free one too: https://editpadlite.com/

Ok, thanks alot for your help. i fixed the text area size issue, but im still getting tags in the text…

One more time as I said above:
The tags is because within a textarea it will not interpert html tags. That is why its a textarea. Not an HTML area. One of the reasons for usig a textarea is if you want to post html code that displays the actual tags.
