SVN is not updating plugin’s page

Hello

I prepared new version of the plugin today.

1. I set “Stable tag: 4.5.3” inside
   https://plugins.trac.www.ads-software.com/browser/advanced-dynamic-pricing-for-woocommerce/trunk/readme.txt
2. I added new tag https://plugins.trac.www.ads-software.com/browser/advanced-dynamic-pricing-for-woocommerce/tags/4.5.3?rev=2986026

But I still see 4.5.2 at page https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/advanced-dynamic-pricing-for-woocommerce/#developers

Development version is outdated too https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/advanced-dynamic-pricing-for-woocommerce.zip

I misunderstand what I did wrong.
