CSV Import Suite stuck for 3 hours merging product variations

Hi,
Our website is managed by a third party so I don’t have access to the login data for the purchased version of Woo Commerce. So I’m asking on here instead.
I used the CSV Import Suite to import and merge ~800 existing product variation SKU prices. The import page shows that the last item was successfully merged, and I verified this by checking on the live site.
However, I’m used to the import suite giving me a status message update that it finished and some other info about cleaning up files, etc. It’s been stuck on the animated status bar going on 3 hours, and I’m afraid to close out the tab or edit anything.
Can anyone give me any advice? Is it safe to close out of the tab? If it’s needed, I’m using Firefox v 119.0 (64-bit).
