Yes, we use the Newspaper theme. Have you come up with any fixes for those customers?

@rvpsrichard Based on previous instances, this issue appears to be linked to the tagCloud Library plugin. The resolution should originate from their plugin, as it is the one responsible for causing this problem, rather than ours.
