I thought I had set up a rule so that customers could buy one product get another half price. It’s restricted to a category and all works well unless they buy 2 products the same…then it discounts one to 50% and the other to 75% off.

Is there any way to fix this so they get one full price and one half price?

    Good day, @jrossjord!

Please, check your rule appliance following the steps from this article: https://docs.algolplus.com/algol_pricing/why-the-rule-doesnt-apply/

Seems like another rule applies together with this one.

You may well be right but I can’t see it. I don’t have any other discounts for jigsaws. It only has a problem when it’s two of exactly the same product – seems to be doing a loop of discounting. If it’s two different jigsaws it works fine. I’ve tried toggling the calculations options about if it’s already on sale etc, no difference. Any ideas where specifically to look?

Could you, please, submit a new ticket to our helpdesk with our JSON system report (Pricing rules>Tools>System report>Get system report)?
