    how to change the mini-cart (product infos):

    e.g. in the title (put a subtitle underneath) or set up the whole description/attributes differently. is there a hook? or another interface?

    To modify the mini-cart’s product information, you can use WooCommerce hooks. For instance, to add a subtitle under the title, you can use the woocommerce_cart_item_name hook.
