Okay, that should certainly never happen or be possible.

Our dev team wondered if we could see a copy of the Status Report from Automator > Status. Feel free to remove URLs from the top of the report, but it would be great to see more details about the environment.

Hi @skaldi ,

We did want to note first that we do not yet officially support PHP 8.3.x. It may not be the cause here, but it is a concern; testing is safer with PHP 8.2.x.

The issue you report is typically related to caching. A screenshot of the recipe page would really help so that we can see what specific integration is disabled.

For now, try disabling the Automator cache under Automator > Settings > Advanced > Automator cache. See if that makes a difference. If not, have any plugin folders been renamed on the site?

We have identified a scenario where this issue could be caused by Permalink settings. To rule this out (in case this is still an issue for you), could you make sure your permalink settings (in /wp-admin/ > Settings > Permalinks) are set to something other than Plain? If they are Plain, could you try something else temporarily to see if it resolves the issue?
