Australia Post Shipping Method

    Hi there,

    We are an existing business and our current shipping plugin is not working as we require so we are looking for alternatives.

    For a little bit of background, we supply plastic sheets which can range in dimensions and weight depending on what the customer wants. For example, a customer can order an HDPE plastic sheet that is 600mm x 600mm whilst a different customer can also order an HDPE plastic sheet that is 1200mm x 1200mm. This is currently achieved through the Woocommerce Measurement Price Calculator plugin.

    The Measurement Price Calculator plugin gets the weight this way: The product itself may have a weight set, but when using the calculated weight option it will apply that to the item. So if they reference the item in the cart by its product values, it will show default values whereas if they are checking the item’s meta in the cart it should show the calculated weight.

    Would the Australia Post Shipping Method plugin be able to achieve the above? And does anyone know the size limitations? From what I read online it was 22kg and 105cm but not sure if this is for the plugin also.

    Just to clarify, you are inquiring about any size/weight limitations of the Australia Post Shipping Method plugin, and its compatibility with the Measurement Price Calculator plugin. Correct?

    To get an idea of how your site is configured, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via ‘WooCommerce > Status’. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
