I get the following error over and over:

Errors:2023-11-08 03:00:49: Access key validating: Access key is empty.

I have entered my security key and saved it, and I can see my security key in the dashboard, and I have paid for a years membership, yet every time I try and activate or use it, it tells me that the access key is empty. Not sure what to do. Ive disabled all other plugins and changed the template to wordpress default one.

Please advise. Thanks

Most likely, cache intervenes. Perhaps at the level of your hosting.

when trying delete or send for analysis I get

Please deactivate and then activate our plugin, and perform a new scan. If the file no longer exists, it should disappear from the critical section.
