    Hi there!
Customers are not able to pay via Stripe due to the 6.4 update.

    Also showing serious performance lags.

Some kind of timeout in the connection to Swipe?

All connection & security keys in stripe have been confirmed, and the test connection shows fine.
    Still the error:
“Seems like the live keys we’ve saved for you are no longer valid. If you recently updated them, enter the new live keys from your Stripe Account(opens in a new tab). “
Unfortunately, I see no entries in the error logs.
Customers get logged out of the transaction due to “fail to connect to stripe API”.

Funny enough – the 2nd shop shows no problems at all.

The failed shop is on maria db 10.3.2 though …

    Hi @defoi

We saw a number of reports with the same issue, and our team is already looking into it: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/issues/2751

At the time being, we can’t give you an estimated for when the team will look into or fix the issue, as bug reports are prioritized based on a few criteria. If you’d like to receive updates, please subscribe to the comments.

As a workaround, you can revert WordPress to an earlier version. You can achieve this by using the WP Rollback or Rollback Auto Update plugins.

I hope this provides some clarity on the matter. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Same issue on all my client sites running Woocommerce. They are currently not able to trade online.

As a plugin developer I was emailed by wordpress/automattic some time ago encouraging me to test my plugins with WP6.4. Considering this plugin is created by the woo/wp team it seems they didn’t follow their own advice. I have wasted half a day tracing this issue.

    Hi @mattkcostello

We are aware of this as it is a known issue with WordPress 6.4, particularly when invoking cURL. However, the WordPress core team resolved the problem in the newest version, WordPress 6.4.1, and everything appears to be working properly based on user reports.

To fix your problem, we recommend updating WordPress to version 6.4.1.

I hope this helps! Please let us know how it goes or if you need further assistance.

    Hi Shameem

    Thanks for update.

6.4.1 has resolved the issues with stripe plugin crashing admin, but not sure the WP team have fully fixed the core issue with curl. I still get occasional server errors in dev console when plugin admin calls admin-ajax.php which I never had with WP 6.3

    Hi @mattkcostello

    Thanks for reaching out!

but not sure the WP team have fully fixed the core issue with curl. I still get occasional server errors in dev console when plugin admin calls admin-ajax.php which I never had with WP 6.3

I understand you are experiencing the same issue and since every site is different and you’re not the person who originally started this topic then, per the forum guidelines, would you please start your own topic?

Additionally, please include your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Once you’ve created a new forum topic, you can include the contents of your SSR and logs within your message on that forum topic.

We’ll be more than happy to help there ??

Same Issue here, but still occurs with WordPress 6.4.1

Saving the keys in sandbox mode works, also the stripe section is shown at checkout page then. But saving the live keys brings the error “Error saving the live keys. But no further error shown in the log when clicking on “Save live keys”.

But when cruising through the Stripe payment pages like this
    ...admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=checkout&section=stripe&panel=methods
    the error log says:
The Automattic\WooCommerce\Admin\API\Options::get_options function is deprecated since version 6.3.

    Hi @lawshub

It may be better to start your own thread in this forum since this one is technically closed. We would like to stick to a single issue per thread.

I have the same problem! Can I just reply to someone else’s post with “Me too”?

    Thanks!
