please tell me, I have already read a lot of documentation and forums but I can’t find a solution to the problem.
For the payment page, elementor is used, in which the page structure is defined, and a plugin is also used
Multi-Step Checkout for WooCommerce and Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce to visualize checkout steps.
I need buttons to be visible at the top of the first checkout step for quickly placing an order (G pay and Apple Pay) —– what should I do to make these buttons visible??????
In the woocommerce -> payment->stripe settings, the express checkout function is enabled, but the buttons are not visible on the page.

    Hi @moeclone

It looks like the Elementor checkout widget isn’t rendering all WooCommerce checkout elements correctly. I checked out Elementor’s Github repo and noticed that many other users are experiencing various issues with Elementor’s checkout widget.

However, to fix this, as a workaround, you can use the Elementor shortcode widget and insert [woocommerce_checkout] instead of the Elementor checkout widget.

Since Elementor is a third-party plugin which we don’t provide support for (please see our Support Policy), it would be best to reach out to the plugin’s developers for further assistance here. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

I hope this helps! Please let us know how it goes or if you need further assistance.

please tell me, I made a checkout page without elementor, with shortcode [woocommerce_checkout], basically the behavior is the same.
Another feature is that when the test mode is turned on, in the payments->stripe->setting settings the button appears (purple and not black), but when the test mode is turned off, the button does not appear. what could be the problem?

also in the WooCommerce report > Status >Get system report ,
    there is this: WC Pages

Checkout: ? Page visibility should be public
Terms and conditions: ? Page not set WooPayments

    Version: 6.7.1
    Connected to WPCOM: Yes
    WPCOM Blog ID: …..
    Account ID: ? Not connected
    Logging: Disabled

I don’t know, maybe this will affect the visibility of the buttons on the page?

    Hi @moeclone,

First, the issue with the express checkout buttons not appearing when the test mode is turned off could be due to your Stripe account not being fully set up or verified. Please ensure that your Stripe account is fully activated and all required information is filled out.

Next, the visibility of your checkout page should indeed be public. To fix this, navigate to Pages > All Pages, and find the Checkout page. Click on “Edit” and in the “Visibility” section on the right-hand side, ensure it’s set to “Public”. Save your changes.

Also, the “Terms and conditions: Page not set” status indicates that you haven’t set a Terms and Conditions page. To resolve this, create a new page for your terms and conditions, then go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced and select your terms and conditions page from the dropdown menu under “Page setup”. Don’t forget to save your changes.

If you’re still experiencing issues after trying these steps, I would recommend reaching out to Stripe support as well as the developers of the Multi-Step Checkout and Checkout Field Editor plugins for further assistance.

Feel free to let us know if you have any other questions or if there’s anything else we can assist you with.
