Why can’t receive an email from register button of my account

    I have setup wp mail smtp, use port 465 by Ali mail, I can receive the email info when I placed an order, but I can’t receive anything when I click the register button on the page of my account, how can I fix it, thanks very much.

    I understand that you’re able to receive emails when an order is placed, but having trouble receiving emails when the register button is clicked on your account page, and that the issue has been resolved, is that correct? If so, that’s great to hear! Sometimes, email delays can occur due to server issues, so it’s possible that the issue was temporary.
