    Hello, I just signed up for Jetpack CRM and I am very excited about the client portal feature. I set up a new client and enabled their portal, however the page that is generated does not have the sign-in box to log in. What am I doing wrong? My research just says that the page is automatically created but it only shows the page title. I did try to clear my cache and that didn’t fix it. I haven’t been able to dive deeper into the client portal because of this roadblock.

    The default Client Portal page is setup with this shortcode:

    [jetpackcrm_clientportal]

    Is this what shows in the editor?

    If you’re logged in and access the Clients Portal page, does it display correctly?

    Here’s how the default Client Portal looks like when logged in:

    Also, you could test to see if there’s a plugin or theme conflict, you can run those tests using Health Check.

    Hi thanks for responding.

    1. Yes, when I click on the edit page for the client portal it shows that shortcode.
    2. No, even when I am logged into my site and navigate to the client portal page the login box does not appear. It just says “Client Portal” and that’s it.

    I did use the troubleshooting tool and clicked through each plugin and I am able to see the client portal when in troubleshooting mode, but not in regular mode. I tested each plug-in and also the themes and didn’t find one that was breaking the portal.

    It sounds like you’re looking for the login page for the Client Portal, is that correct?

    If so, this is epxected — since you were already logged into the Jetpack CRM site, so you were not prompted to log in. 

    To clarify, for users who haven’t logged in, only the login box will show like this:

    If you’re not seeing the above login box even as a non-logged-in user, there could be something else on your site conflicting with the Client Portal functionality.

    Would you check if the Client Portal page is assigned as the homepage? If it is, Client Portal page won’t work. Please try assigning a different homepage instead.

    And then, would you go through our Client Portal troubleshooting page below and make sure everything is set up accordingly?
