    Hi,

After updating to 6.4 (major) and 6.4.1 to the latest maintenance fixupdate, the block editor won′t load and stays blanco (white). I using PHP version 8.2 and set it back to PHP 7.4 (most used, but yeah I know it′s EOL). The website is running with GeneratePress with basic plugins. I′ve already deactivate the plugins one by one and used the default theme. The issue stays the same.

I′ve downgraded to the 6.3.2 version of WordPress – No problem.

Has someone else has the same problem like me?

    Thanks in advance.

    Bas

test 1 -Using localwp.com – I created a new site WP 6.4.1, PHP 8.1.23 theme: twenty twenty three plugins: none. I was able to edit a post and publish a new post.

test 2 -Using localwp.com – I updated an exhisting site to WP 6.4.1, PHP 8.1.23 theme: twenty twenty two plugins: none. I was able to edit a post and publish a new post. Next, I changed theme to GeneratePress and was able to publish a new post.

Thanks for the tests. Every setup is different tbh. ??

It′s fine in older version from WordPress 6.3.2, but in WordPress 6.4.1 is still not good (I use on both sites by default the Block Editor / Gutenberg, nothing elementor nor classic editor). I have now upgrade to WordPress 6.4.1, it′s not very ideal – but to troubleshoot I installed Gutenberg plugin and now the pages and posts will load. Strange that in the first place it won′t load but now it does.

So, for me it′s now resolved. Not in ideal matter, but it′s fine.

    Kind regards,

    Bas
