We have several products on our website where we offer free static graphics with an animated variation that costs money. When we added this plugin to the website, the WooCommerce product price stopped showing any value on these variations, making both options appear as free. We are putting in a workaround to add the price to the button for now, but this is a bandaid. We’re hoping you can look into this.

    Hello @gamingvisuals,

Thank you for using Product Addons & Fields for WooCommerce!

When you add the product select field, you can set an additional price for it in the options settings, as it can be seen here.

If this doesn’t fix your issue, let me know which fields you are using so I can better debug this.

    Best regards,

    Irinel

Before the plugin the price was displayed normally but after installing the plugin it is removed from other controls.

We have a ‘Product Price’ widget between the title and description of the product which is currently not rendering a price. You can find it by searching the current html for the ‘elementor-widget-woocommerce-product-price’ class.

Would be nice if there was an option to hide/show the product price instead of just removing it.

    Hey @gamingvisuals,

Thank you for the additional explanations!

Could you kindly confirm if you followed the steps outlined by my colleague? Inserting the price as instructed should make it visible on the product’s page. You can refer to the following links for a visual representation: Link 1, Link 2.

Regarding the price, please be informed that PPOM does not erase the existing price. It has the capability to override it when the dedicated PRO option is utilized, as illustrated in these screenshots: Link 1, Link 2. In the absence of the PRO option, the price should display as usual, as demonstrated here: Link 3.

If you have any further inquiries or encounter any issues, feel free to reach out for assistance.

I tried what @irinelenache mentioned. The price shows up in a table below PPOM fields but I am just trying continue using the WooCommerce price like this. Price Example

The page I linked before doesn’t have any PPOM fields it is just using variations for the different prices for static/animated. I only needed the PPOM fields to get some additional customizable information for the logo category. The rest of the products don’t have PPOM fields associated to them.

I don’t have the option you mentioned as I am just on the free plan. These are the options I see. Options

    Hey @gamingvisuals,

Using the Radio input, you can display both Static and Animated options, along with their corresponding prices, as you can see here – https://vertis.d.pr/i/xFsFr6. By doing this, the price of each option will appear next to them and not in the table below. Alternatively, you can use the Select input.

Regarding pricing, it’s important to note that in the standard version of PPOM, the product price remains unchanged unless you specify overrides in the PRO version. Without the PRO version, the original product price will be reflected based on the theme you have applied.

Feel free to share screenshots with the current configuration of the inputs you are using.

    Best regards,

    Andreea

I posted a screenshot of the options in the last post.

Here is the PPOM field that I made. But again I am not using any PPOM fields on these pages:

    Hey there @gamingvisuals,

Thank you for the additional explanations!

I comprehend the issue you’re facing, but regrettably, I couldn’t reproduce it. It might be related to a plugin conflict. Could you please try deactivating all plugins except for PPOM and WooCommerce to see if the problem persists?

    Best regards,

    Andreea
