Hi, how do I reset all of available packages for my account? I have admin account and I post test job listings occasionally, after deleting them or marking them as filled. The job packages returns and can be used again, by this reason, my account is filled with job packages. https://imgur.com/a/Hptcrvz

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • To the best of my knowledge, unless you are using a subscription plugin that is renewing job packages, the only time a job package should reset is if you or a user are deleting a job post within a grace period of 2 days. This isn’t documented as part of the plugin setup, but is mentioned in the documentation here, along with code to change the behavior, if desired (I’m only aware of this behavior because I reached out to support after believing it was a bug, though I think it is a good option to have).

Additionally, you can manually delete your or any other users’ job packages via Users > Listing Packages in your WordPress site’s admin panel.

We could only cover the core WP Job Manager plugin on this forum. For the paid extensions such as WC Paid Listings, please create a support ticketing via https://wpjobmanager.com/support/. An active subscription is required to get support for the paid extensions.
