Getting the error ‘This value must be greater than or equal to 1’, but I can’t see where in the form the issue is, and reading through other posts, it appears to be specific to individual form set up errors.

Calculation: Course (product) cost + number of attendees/subtotal + vat = total

Course 1 and 2: have the same £ cost. The calculation and Stripe test works perfectly

Course 3: Different cost and I get the error ‘This value must be greater than or equal to 1’.

Appreciate any help ASAP. Many thanks, M

    Hi @odrum

    I hope you’re well today!

We’ll be happy to check this and help you solve it but there’s not enough information to diagnose it.

Such issues are usually related to either some slight errors in calculation(s) formula(s) or to visibility conditions settings (or combination of both factors). To check this we’d need to take a closer look at the form configuration.

Would you, please, export the form and share such export with us?

    To do so:

    – go to “Forminator -> Forms” page and click on a little “gear” icon next to the form in question

    – select “Export” option and either copy given code or save export file

    – then put copied code at https://pastebin.com or downloaded export file on your Google Drive, Dropbox or similar service

    – and share direct (publicly visible) link to it in response below.

    Note:

    a) export does not include any information such as already submitted data, any Stripe/PayPal keys and similar; it’s only a form design/configuration so it’s safe to share

    b) if there is any other data that you wish to protect (e.g. e-mail addresses used in e-mail notifications of the form), simply duplicate the form first, edit it to replace or remove such data, and then share export of that duplicated form instead.

We’ll then be able to import such form to a test setup, test it thoroughly and check configuration to find why the error is happening and how to solve it for this particular form.

    Best regards,
    Adam

Thanks for responding Adam but it’s fixed (forgot I could use Pro support).

The fix was setting up 3 payment plans with conditions, where I just had 2 set up.

I’m glad that worked out. ??
