Good morning, I’m testing this plugin, I find it very light and with a pleasant interface, but a little lacking in information.

For example: you can see from which city a view was made, but not which pages were viewed by that visitor.

Or: you can see generically whether a desktop or mobile device was used, without further information on the type of device, OS, resolution, etc.

By switching to the PRO version, will this information be visible or will everything always remain so basic?

Is there a way to find more information (like the ones in the examples I gave) already in the free version?

    Thanks for the support!

    Hi there,

    Thanks for trying Independent Analytics!

We will be adding ways to view data from multiple reports in the future, such as looking at city and page data together, but for now this data is not available. It’s something we’d like to add in a future update.

You can view OS and browser data by switching the grouping in the Devices menu: https://independentwp.com/knowledgebase/dashboard/view-traffic-by-os/

We opted not to include data on the exact device models as this data is unreliable and can be misleading, and there isn’t a way to improve the accuracy.

It sounds like the Pro version doesn’t include the features you’re looking for. It includes only the features listed here: https://independentwp.com/pricing/
