    Hello @trakesh16

Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.

The vaulting setting that influences the Pay Later function can be found in the setting page under the tab “Standard Payments”. It should look like this option.

If this setting is not shown or doesn’t function, you might need to reset the plugin, in order to get the default options shown again. There seem to have been instances where some options are not shown since we separated the vaulting option for the PayPal and Advanced Card Processing payment method, and in some cases these options only show when you reset the payment options.

You can reset the plugin options under the tab “Connection” by using the option “Remove PayPal Payments data from Database”. This will not delete the subscriptions, only the plugin settings, so be sure to make screenshots of the settings, so you can simply re-apply them after this action.

Please let me know if this applies to your situation or if you require additional support.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

Hello, I have exactly the same problem, that the function to deactivate Paypal vaulting is missing, but the proposed solution here unfortunately does not help in my case. Despite repeating the process twice (the second time being a complete uninstallation), the default data is no longer displayed. It seems that my user data is still being saved.

Are there any other solutions? Because I am not shown any credit cards, debit cards, or “Pay later” options.

    Thank you for your help.

    @joostvandevijver

I had forgotten to tag your name in my previous message, where I mentioned that despite following the advice given, the PayPal Payment Plugin was not working and debit and credit card payment options were not being displayed.

However, the problem has since been resolved as I found out in another topic that there are apparently several users experiencing different problems with the new plugin and have therefore reverted back to the old one. I have done the same and now everything is working smoothly with the old standard PayPal payment system.

    Best regards, Albarosa

    Hello @albarosa

thank you for updating us about this. However, the issue should possible to resolve with the new plugin. We do not allow “re-use” of other merchants support thread, because every situation is different in a WordPress environment, so often the solutions don’t match for other merchants.

If you want us to have a closer look at your situation, you can open a new thread or open a private support thread with us, so we can more easily exchange details about your site.

We will leave this up to you.

    Kind regards,
    Joost
