JQuery Migrate Issue

Hello,
the plugin is still using on my website jquery-migrate.min Version 3.4.1
If i deactivate migrate.min and just jquery.min 3.7.1 is active i get the following console error:
Uncaught TypeError: e.indexOf is not a function
load jQuery
https://mydomain.com/wp-content/plugins/the-preloader/js/preloader-script.js:1Is there a way to upgrade jquery to get rid of jquery migrate version?
