Hello, when using elementskit’s mega menu module, your latest update breaks woocommerce shopping pages. The product information and add to cart button will then no longer be visible.

When the megamenu module is disabled in elementskit, it works.

Or if I roll back your update to version 5.8.13 then everything is ok.

    regards

Can you please resolve this with the other developer ?

Unfortunately the problem has not been solved today with version 5.8.18

The steps to reproduce the problem are not very difficult.

1 install woocommerce on an empty wordpress
2 install elementskit and activate the mega menu module
3 install essential addons for elementor

The result is that the standard woocommerce product pages are not displayed properly with essential addons versions greater then 5.8.13.

If you have any questions, I will be happy to answer them. have a nice day.

    Hi suphub,

Thank you for sharing the details with us. I’ve set up a new WordPress site and thoroughly tested it based on the scenario you provided. However, we were unable to replicate the issue on our end. The Add to Cart button appears as expected on both the Shop page and Elementor’s default Products widget. You can view the screenshot here: https://d.pr/i/PuCJfD

Could you please clarify how you created the shop page? Did you customize the page, or did you use the default settings? It would be immensely helpful if you could provide a screencast demonstrating the steps you took, allowing us to review and assist you more effectively.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
    Thank you.

Thanks for all your efforts. I use the native astra shop page. no elementor modules etc.

It could be that that theme makes all the difference, there are no further adjustments. In any case, thanks for all your work.

I did a test myself with the same setup,… when I use the twenty twenty four theme everything is fine, when I use the last astra theme the add to cart buttons and the short product description disappear. So it seems theme related.

    I found the problem.
The problem only occurs with the astra theme and with the following conditions:

The woo product gallery module from essential addons for elementor must be used in a drop down mega menu of elementskit lite mega menu.
When this module is used in the elementskit lite mega menu, the native Astra Woocommerce shop pages are broken.

Now that I have identified the problem, I can close this topic.

please note that with version 5.8.13 everything is fine ?? so there is something that needs to be fixed/changed.
