Certain Fields that do contain data suddenly have stopped exporting

Do you have same problem if you use CSV format ?

It exports fine in CSV format. The issue is there only in Excel export.

I use the legacy mode with data stored in posts and post meta tables.

Could you submit your settings (XLS) as new ticket to https://algolplus.freshdesk.com/ ?

I have the same issue. The preview works as always, however when I export the orders to a xlsx file, many of the fields are empty. This happens since this afternoon that it’s when I installed the last update, this morning everything was ok.

These are some of the empty fields, there are more like the SKU or item description but I cannot put all in the screenshot:

The exportation to CSV is working well (I’m using it and saving the file with Excel to XLSX for now).

I see my WooCommerce runs as legacy mode:

I disabled the incompatible plugin that didn’t allow the high-performance mode. However, the XLSX export still has the problem:

Correct, I’m using WooCommerce 8.3.0. I think I also updated it yesterday. I’m not sure.

If I replace the plugin folder for the 3.4.2 version, the plugin works well again. I didn’t test it before because I was not sure if betweens versions could be some DB change. I will use it until the 3.4.4 ??
