No need to show last page in case of choosing a specific option

    Hi,

    I have a four-page form with a checkbox in the first page. If the user chooses the first option, he will have 3 more pages ahead. but if he chooses option 2 or 3, he’ll need only 2 more pages. Actually I need a submit button in 3rd page instead of “next” in this case and something like “Thank you, we’ll contact you soon” in 4th page with no button.

    Is it possible to do that?
