Adobe Fonts Implementation

I’ve been trying to implement two sets of Adobe fonts into my site for a while now to now avail, despite following instructions; first I followed the shortcode instructions for Neve and took the necessary steps to hard code them into a custom CSS plugin. But nothing seems to work. The Adobe Fonts plugin in Neve that sits under >appearance recognises my font but it doesn’t appear under any font menu. Can anyone help with this? Because I’m tearing my hair out over it now…
