    Hello,

    I found in facebook catalog the products which i deleted 2 years ago from my WEBSITE. I am using facebook official plugin and the support team of facebook suggested me to contact woocommerce support. How it is possible that Facebook still can sync those products from my website which i have already deleted? I deleted manually those products from the facebook catalog but yet the same products appears into my FB catalog again.

    Kindly your assistance is required to solve this issue.

    The issue you’re experiencing seems unusual. Once a product is deleted from your WooCommerce store, it should also be removed from your Facebook catalog via the official Facebook plugin. However, sometimes there might be a delay or a glitch in the synchronization process.

    To resolve this, I’d recommend you to clear your Facebook cache. This can be done by going to your Facebook Business settings, then under “Data Sources” and clicking “Catalogs”. Select your catalog, and then click on “Product Data Sources”. From here, you should be able to clear your cache.

    If the problem persists, go to Marketing Facebook > Connection tab and enable debug mode. After that, go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and perform the following task:

    • Facebook: Reset connection settings – Reset Settings
    • Facebook: Delete all products from your Facebook Catalog – Delete all products
    • Facebook: Delete Background Sync Jobs – Clear Background Sync Jobs
