help with Checkbox List

    Hi i have wordpress page using the Ninja form has been wording fine
    and I’ve recently added a few more check boxes to my checkbox list however when submitting the form now i have an issue. You select one check box say leaderboard and submit the form, the submission comes through with say Leaderboard & Email Alert checked but i the user did not select email alert. how to fix this?
