Banner not appearing after published

    I made a banner for my website but after I published it and made sure the rules and appearance settings were all accurate, but it is still not showing up on the website.

    Hi Mara,

    Thanks for your message. I checked and found that there is a conflicting rule: https://a.supportally.com/i/hGSEUe

    This rule would not pass. You should remove either of those based on where you want to show the campaign.

    If you just want to show it on the homepage, please remove “current URL path is not the homepage” and that should fix it.
