    I had been using this plug-in on my e commerce site for a few months and my customers really enjoyed it. After an update, it caused a critical error on my site and shut it down. After determining this feature was the cause, i deactivated it and contacted support.

    They told me to create a staging site and grant them access to debug the feature. After doing this, they continued to ask for it 3 more times until they realized that it had been granted. Overnight, they did not access the staging site but the live site, reactivated the plug-in causing another critical error to my site and then left it alone. My site completely crashed because of this and I lost sales.

    When confronted they told me that it was my fault for not creating the staging site (which i did and had already sent them).

    If i could give 0 stars, I would.

    Yes it is happening to me too! Did you find an alternative Points and Rewards Plugin?

    I purchased the Points and Rewards Pro Plugin and the account page they created for me links to nowhere. I asked them for their help and they asked me to contact WooCommerce. WooCommerce mentioned it is not their plugin and you need to revert back to them. Dealt with 5 different people who take no responsibility or seek to understand or make any initiative to want to fix my issue. Now i have spent $99 USD and their plugin is broken. So disappointed that their support team was pretty much useless.
