Selectable recipient with pipes

    Hi Support,

    I am using Selectable recipient with pipes for the drop down option. it is working (eg. “CEO|[email protected]”) but when we received email notification the email stated [email protected], how can I set to CEO instead of [email protected] on the Mail template?

    Please help, many thanks.
