Manually unsubscribe contacts?

    Is it possible to manually unsubscribe a contact from mail campaigns?
    The unsubscribe page and unsubscribe link in the email work, but sometime contacts refuse to unsubscribe themselves and will email to say they do not want to receive marketing emails.

    Is there a way to apply the “Do Not Email” flag to a contact manually?

    Currently, it is not possible to unsubscribe a contact from mail campaigns using the Jetpack CRM admin interface. I have informed our team about this issue, and they are now looking into it.

    Meanwhile, if your contact has replied to the marketing email asking to be removed, you can click the unsubscribe link in the original email yourself. No login is necessary for these links to function.
