Cannot connect to Google

Can you click on Debug Log View Button to see if showing any errors?
If its showing empty then navigate to System Status and scroll to see the site debug.log errors, and send me the errors to take a closer look and help you out.

The same thing happens to me as @avinashk30, and there are no records in the debug data.

Can you enable the debug log and share the debug log,
It may happens if you are using any other Google API based plugin, with older version of GuzzleHTTP version then this may happens, to check it out like which plugin is causing an issue, enable the debug log from wp-config.php and auth again to see errors..
