    Hi,

    I’ve been using this plugin (Table Rate Shipping Method for WooCommerce by Flexible Shipping) for more than a year with no issues, but I recently found out that it is only working if the customer is signed in to their account. Otherwise the shipping options don’t apprear in the checkout page. How can I fix this?

    Hi @xarcu,

    Thanks for reaching out. Our plugin should work whether the customer is logged in or not. That is, if the question is about the free version of our Flexible Shipping plugin. The paid version does offer user role-based rules, where the shipping is calculated only when the user (with a chosen role) is logged in. Here’s a feature comparison of the two versions.

    It appears that the problem may be related to some other plugin used in the shop.?

    Please disable plugins which are not ours or the WooCommerce itself. Then please enable plugins one by one, deleting cache, and check if the problem still occurs.

    Hi,

    I’m glad to hear that you managed to solve it. Please excuse me, as I forgot to mention that we do have the Visibility feature in Advanced Options. If the checkbox is checked, then the shipping method is visible only for logged-in users.
