Locked files

Hello team
I am new with Download Monitor and I just bought recently the DLM from your website. In the free version everything worked fine and on my customer’s website I get an error: ACCESS DENIED.
I already had problems to upload the *.zip files but with the Search Data-button I could add them.
in the dashboard of DLM I see that the files are locked. see my print screen:

Could you please give me a hint how to solve this problem?
