• I have 3 confirmed cases now for the month of November 2023, if I’m gonna review other months, I think it is already encountered before november, I just receive an email from customers that they did not receive any email order confirmation notification, and the similarities is all of them used afterpay payment method, Any help for investigation would be appreciated, thanks.

    Thank you for your message.

    The Afterpay plugin simply calls payment_complete() on the WC order object once the payment is successfully captured, which by default updates the order status to processing or completed, and in turn triggers the email notifications. The plugin does not have direct interaction with the email notifications in WC.
