Critical error generated in Include/Exclude plugin

Lately we’ve been seeing this error pop up on occasion:

We can still edit the user page as it doesn’t call user-edit directly, but if we try going to user-edit.php directly, it returns the critical error page. We can’t see anything wrong from our usage.
