How To Center YouTube Video With Auto Embed Turned On

Hi,

I am trying to remain as vanilla as possible with embedded videos so that I don’t have to be concerned with plugins and how they might work in the future. I’ve looked all over in the forum and no doc or message seems to provide clear direction.

I embedded a YouTube url into a blog with auto embed turned on. However, there doesn’t seem to be any provision for centering the video and creating extra padding if necessary around the video. Am I missing something? Should I be using auto embed? If not, what is the current preferred way of embedding YouTube videos?
