Smooth scrolling carousel

I’ve created a nice carousel to display a series of logos using the Slider And Carousel block. I have tried making different adjustments to speed and other options. I am wondering how I can have a smooth scroll effect? I can’t seem to find a way where it stays at a consistent speed. It will appear to be scrolling just how I want it and then ends up slowing down and speeding back up.
