    Hello,

I’m trying to confirm the sending email. I tried on an Infomaniak email, it didn’t work, I don’t receive any email (even in spam). I tried on an Outlook email, it didn’t work neither. Only the OVH email worked. But I need the Informaniak to work, as it is the one from the website domain.

I contacted Informaniak support and they said that no email was received in the logs.

    Please help me !

    Hi @unsautenavant

Could you confirm for us if you have followed the guide here to configure the sending service correctly? Could you confirm if you have completed the domain verification and the DKIM configurations?

If you continue to have issues,

Can you please share withl us the following information:

    • A screenshot of the MailPoet > Help > System Status page. Please ensure to capture the whole page or make several screenshots.
    • Copy and paste the information from MailPoet > Help > System Info.

Do keep us posted on how the recommended suggestion works out for you.

    Hi @unsautenavant

Your domain epimoney.fr is already verified, so emails with this domain such as (cut) don’t need any further verification. Sending an email as this address should work without any issues. Are you running into any errors when you send an email with this email address?

Hello. No email that is send to this address is received (I have subscribed to the newsletter and confirmed it).

@simplysaru Even from the Mailpoet website, under the tab “My authorized emails” when I write “[email protected]” and press “Send an email to this address to authorize it”, I don’t receive anything…

Regarding this point, as mentioned previously, we can see that your epimoney.fr domain is added as a verified Sender Domain in your account.

For that reason, all email addresses on the domain are automatically authorized as well — you should see a message like this in your dashboard:

So, authorizing addresses on the domain is not necessary, and won’t send out authorization emails.

No email that is send to this address is received (I have subscribed to the newsletter and confirmed it).

    […]

I tried again and again, I receive emails to hotmail and ovh addresses but not on ….

Checking our sending service logs for that address, I see that it had previously returned as a hard bounce with an “unknown mailbox” response from the recipient mail server. That caused the address to be added to our “known bounce” suppression list, resulting in additional emails to the address being blocked.

For now, I’ve removed it from the suppression list, so if you are certain the address is valid and you are able to receive emails there, then you can try sending your newsletter to the address again.

Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!

    FINALLY !!!

Thank you ! Indeed, I now can receive emails on my address. It should be great if we could configure or at least see that an address is blocked, especially if it’s from the same domain as the sender…

Thank you for your help. I will eat this month ??
