Hello. I need help with a issue I am having in my account page.

When I open the my account tab, and click on adresses, there should be a button that allows me to edit the adress. However, that button is missing. If I deactivate elementor, the button shows again. I believe there is a conflict there. Could anyone take a look, and if possible provide any solution?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

To rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor and Elementor Pro, Woocommerce) If it solves the issue reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WP theme such as Twenty Nineteen and see if it makes any difference.

Also, this could happen due to our Elementor performance experiments you can try to deactivate them. To deactivate them you can go to Elementor > settings > features

Performance features currently in the experimental stage are:

    • Optimized DOM Output -This experiment is designed to improve performance by decreasing the number of wrapper elements present in the HTML generated by Elementor.
    • Improved Asset Loading – Should improve page speed by only loading the functionalities needed by that page. This experiment reduces the amount of code loaded by default, which translates to significantly faster page load times and better page speed scores.
    • Improved CSS Loading – An experiment that only loads the CSS of widgets on a page once, in order to prevent multiple requests to the server. With this experiment, CSS files are loaded as inline style tags.
    • Inline Font Icons – This experiment renders icons as SVGs without loading the Font-Awesome and eicons libraries. Since SVGs are vector-based images which are rendered using the browser’s engine, they do not increase server requests which improves performance

Hello! Unfortunely the problem seems to only go way when I disable Elementor Plugin… all the other plugins if I disable the problem presists

    Can you try folwing rekomendations;

Browser Console Errors:Open your browser’s developer console (usually accessible by right-clicking on the page and selecting “Inspect” or “Inspect Element,” then navigating to the “Console” tab). Check for any error messages or warnings that might provide clues about what’s going wrong.

Theme Compatibility Mode in Elementor:Elementor has a compatibility mode that can sometimes resolve conflicts with themes. In the Elementor editor, click on the hamburger menu (top-left) > Site Settings > Style > Disable Default Colors and Fonts. This may help avoid conflicts with your theme’s styles.

Theme-Specific Options:Some themes come with specific options that can affect the appearance and functionality of certain elements. Check your theme settings or options for anything related to user accounts or addresses.

Elementor Role Manager:Elementor has a Role Manager feature that allows you to control which user roles have access to Elementor. Make sure that the user role you are using has the necessary permissions to edit the addresses. You can find this in Elementor settings under “Role Manager.”
Cache and CDN:Clear your website cache and disable any caching plugins temporarily to see if the issue persists. If you’re using a Content Delivery Network (CDN), clear its cache as well.

Database Health:Sometimes database inconsistencies can cause issues. Consider using a plugin like WP-Optimize to clean and optimize your WordPress database.

Inspect Element:Right-click on the page, select “Inspect” or “Inspect Element,” and navigate to the “Elements” tab. Manually inspect the HTML structure of the address section to see if there are any unexpected changes caused by Elementor.

Server Logs:Check your server logs for any error messages or warnings related to the issue. Your hosting provider should be able to assist you with accessing server logs.

Remember to document any changes you make, and always have a backup of your site before making significant modifications. If the issue persists, reaching out to the support forums for Elementor, your theme, or your hosting provider can be beneficial.
