impossible to create template

    Hi There,

    I have just installed Shopengine for elementor.
    When I try to create a new basic template (any template), I click on “edit with elementor”, the window closes but absolutely nothing happens. Have tried clicking on “save” instead with same results.
    Also, when in Shopengine templates/widgets/modules I have a major scrolling issue, something is getting pinned to the top.
    And I can’t close your black friday ad, anywhere on my dashboard.

    Have tried deactivating all plugins but problems persist.
    Have also tried reverting to Hello Elementor basic theme, but problems persist.

    Using WP 6.4.1
    PHP 8.2.10
    Elementor Pro 3.17.3
    Woocommerce 8.3.1
    Shopengine 4.6.0
    Storefront 4.5.3 child theme

    Caching plugin disabled

    Any ideas on what’s going on here ?

    Same results with Hello Elementor theme active and all plugins disabled except elementor, shopengine and woocommerce. Caching is disabled.

    Can’t create templates, cant close your ad and scrolling problem.

    Hello again,

    Just wanted to let anybody reading this thread that my problem has never been resolved.

    Support told me the problem is a conflict with Astra theme which I have never even installed.

    Support asked for wp-admin credentials, I gave them one, they deactivated all plugins and themes. Problems persist and their latest message says “we need wp-admin credentials so we can investigate the problem”…
    Going round in circles with a support that doesn’t seem to do a great job following up.

    Ahmed, please unmark this ticket as resolved as my issues have absolutely not been resolved at all !
