    Hello community,

I’m facing a perplexing issue on my WordPress site where every page and post displays the text “related images:” in the content area. I’ve taken several steps to troubleshoot the problem:

    1. Theme Change:
    • I switched themes, but the issue persisted. Therefore, it doesn’t seem to be related to the theme.
    1. Plugin Deactivation:
    • I deactivated all plugins, and the problem still persists. This leads me to believe that it’s not caused by any specific plugin.
    1. No Recent Changes:
    • I haven’t made any recent changes to the templates of my theme or added new plugins. The appearance of “related images:” seems to have occurred spontaneously a few days ago.

I’m reaching out to the community for any insights or suggestions on what might be causing this issue and how to resolve it. Has anyone encountered a similar problem before?

Any help or guidance you can provide would be highly appreciated. Thank you!

I’m wondering if this still shows from a cache, even after disabling plugins and themes. If you are running any kind of cache, try clearing your browser cache to see if that helps.

When you open a post or page in your editor, does that “Related Images:” show there, or just in the front-end?

    Thank you for reply.

    1. The problem only shows in the fron-end. Not in the editor. And also not in the editor customizing the theme.
    2. However, I just cleared the cache and de-activated the plugins again. The source of the problem is definitely the NextGEN Gallery plugin.

Where shall I redirect this issue now?

You can use String Locator to search for this text in all the files. If there are no matches, try Search Regex to search your DB. Be careful while using Search Regex as it also allows you to replace text in the DB.

    You are very welcome.

Being as you found it’s more likely the NextGen plugin, I would post this to the NextGen plugin support in the forums here and let them know what you’ve discovered. They should be able to figure this one out.

    Thank you all!

I have moved my support question to the NextGen Plugin Forum.
