  • Hi @citykingonline,

From what I understand, you’re having trouble editing the sale icon on your store page. You’ve attempted to use a plugin, but it resulted in two sale icons appearing on a single product. I’m here to help you resolve this issue.

To edit the sale icon on your store page, I suggest using the Product Badges plugin. This plugin not only allows you to choose from pre-made badges but also offers the flexibility to upload your own, use a countdown badge, create a text badge, or use custom code. These badges can be a powerful tool to highlight key product features, promotions, and time-limited offers, ultimately boosting your sales.

The Product Badges plugin comes with an easy-to-use dashboard where you can manage all your product badges. You can add badges to all products, on/off sale products, out-of-stock products, backorder products, featured products, or specific products such as those in a certain category, with certain tags, or just manually selected.

For more information on how to set up and use the Product Badges plugin, you can follow this link: ?? Product Badges.

?? Just a quick reminder, All our extensions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. So, if any product doesn’t fulfill your needs, we can promptly process a refund for you.

For any pre-sales questions, reach out to us directly at ?? WooCommerce.com → My Account → Support. If you don’t have an account yet, you’ll need to create one.

I hope this information is helpful. If you have any further questions or need assistance with the setup, please don’t hesitate to ask.

    Hi @citykingonline,

Thank you for your response but that was still not the solution. i guess this problem is from the theme.

Thank you for your quick response and for providing more context about your issue. If you suspect that the problem might be related to your theme, it could be that your theme has its own sale badge which is causing the duplication.

    Here’s what you can do:

    1. First, ensure that your theme is up to date. Outdated themes can often cause unexpected issues.
    2. If updating the theme doesn’t solve the problem, try temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme like Storefront to see if the issue persists. If the issue is resolved, it’s likely that your theme is indeed causing the problem. Here’s a helpful guide on how to test for conflicts: ?? How to Test for Plugin and Theme Conflicts.
    3. If the issue is indeed with your theme, you’ll need to reach out to your theme’s developer for support. They should be able to provide guidance on how to remove or replace the sale badge that’s built into the theme.
    4. If you’re comfortable with coding, you could also look into using a child theme to override the sale badge in your theme’s code. However, please note that this is a more advanced solution and should only be attempted if you’re comfortable with PHP and WordPress theme development.

?? Just a quick reminder: Before you make any changes, we strongly recommend that you create a backup of your full site and database. This is a crucial step to ensure that in case anything goes wrong, you can easily restore your site to its previous, functioning state.

If none of these steps work, could you please share your site’s System Status with us? It will give us a better understanding of your site’s setup and help us identify the problem. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Once you’ve gathered this information, please paste it inside a Code block in your reply, or use https://pastebin.com to paste it and share the link with us.

Thanks for your patience and cooperation in this matter! We’re here to help you get this sorted.
