you have no permission to download file

    Thank you for writing to us.

    Permission-denied messages generally appear when role-based restriction is applied for a certain file or package.

    Also, if you are using any Membership plugins then can you please try after disabling them?

    If the problem still exists then, can you also share some screenshots or screencasts about what is happening on your side?
