Well, the buttons show up on my live and test servers. Try deactivating the plugin, clear cache, re-activate the plugin and see if that helps.

First of all, all the shortcodes are listed on the main settings page of the plugin – you need to expand the shortcodes area below the general settings, since it’s collapsed by default.

The actual shortcode is: [rentmeter title=” ” citystatezip=” ” beds=” ” rent=” “] – fill in the blanks between the quotation marks. citystatezip field can contain any of those values, but I usually use zip code.
